The Stages of Grief

These are the stages we all go through when we lose something or someone.

  1. Denial
    First, we refuse to believe what has happened.
  2. Anger
    Then, we get angry.
  3. Bargaining
    Next, we try to strike up some sort of bargain.
  4. Depression
    Then we get depressed.
  5. Acceptance
    Finally, we accept our loss, and realize that life must go on.
